An Open Letter To Those Who Are Loosing Patience
My intent with this letter is to remind you and me that nothing and I mean NOTHING worth having comes without hard work, but thereās something else to this too. Nothing worth having comes without patience. Honestly, think about the times youāve truly felt extreme gratification or accomplishment? Iād argue those moments came from time, patience and hard work.
An Open Letter To Those Who Feel Alone
To those who are apprehensive or afraid to express your feelings because of judgment, lack of understanding or being rejected please know not everyday has to be perfect. We all know too well how many times battling depression can push people away from us, but know youāre not the only one.
Things I Would Have Told Myself 20 years Ago
Humans are designed to disappoint, but do not take things personally. All of us are wired very differently and not everyone is out to intentionally hurt you.

testimonial
I have gone back and forth for so long between diets, workout routines, weight loss crazy ideas and products (pills, wraps, juicing, detox, etc.) and was never satisfied. I would give up when I didnāt see results fast enough or life took over. I continued to have the mentality of āIāll start againĀ on Monday.ā
When I first spoke with Alice, I was hesitant on the whole idea of undergoing another weight loss journey because I knew how much I had tried and failed at this before, but I decided to try one more time! Right from the start, I felt like Alice understood my struggles and really listened to me on what I wanted as well as what had stopped me before. She made a plan that let me ease into starting this new lifestyle without overwhelming myself or making it hard on my daily routine. Ā Not only have I lost pounds already, but I have also started having more confidence in myself. Self care before working with Alice was nonexistent, but now is a daily routine. I wish I would have started working with her sooner!
